Refund policy

Besty is committed to providing high-quality consumable wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

All products sold by Besty are classified as consumables and, as such, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a product has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including instances of customer dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or change of preference.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

In the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify Besty within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Notification must be submitted via email to info@suppbesty.com, and must include:

  • The original order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Supporting photo evidence, where applicable.

Upon verification of the claim, Besty may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement product or provide an alternative resolution.
